Earring Care

Polymer clay is is a unique medium that is surprisingly lightweight and easily maintained. If your earrings become dusty or dirty, you can wipe them clean with a soft, damp cloth. It's okay for them to get a little wet as polymer clay is essentially plastic-based, but it's not recommended that you wear them while swimming or showering. You'll want to avoid using chemical-based products near or around your earrings. If you have stubborn makeup stains, you may use a cotton swab dipped in acetone and spot-clean the surface of your earrings lightly. Keep in mind that every time you use acetone, it is taking off the top-most layer of clay, so you'll want to use this method lightly and sparingly. Do not use acetone on earrings that are hand-painted or sealed with varnish or resin. The gentlest solution is either a damp cloth or a baby wipe. When not in use, store your earrings in a box or separate compartment. All these steps will help preserve each handmade piece. 

Packaging

Earrings and other accessories that fit will arrive in a small jewelry box. If you would like to send an order as a gift with a personalized note, just let me know in the notes at checkout! And please be sure that you enter the correct address at checkout. :)

Returns and Exchanges

I am committed to bringing you handmade items of the highest quality and want you to be happy with your purchase. I gladly accept returns and exchanges for any products except custom orders. Please contact me within 10 days of delivery, and ship within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the item back in new condition, I will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing Times

I have a processing time of 3-5 business days before shipping an item, unless otherwise noted in listings. Made-to-order items will process in 4-6 business days before shipping because I am creating your order just for you. Please note that because of high package volumes being processed by USPS due to COVID-19, shipping times may be extended by 1-2 days (or more, especially with holidays). 

Shipping and Lost Packages

Once packages are delivered to the shipping carrier, liability is transferred to the buyer. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. I will ship to the address provided at checkout and am not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed packages or delivery errors due to incorrect shipping information. You can contact the shipping vendor and file a claim for missing, lost, or stolen packages. While I will do my best to help, I am not liable once the package is delivered to the post office. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact me before purchasing.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
